Once you have placed an order we will send out a sample.

Should we not be able to produce a sample to the customer's satisfaction, then we will happily refund the customer's money less a handling fee of $20.00.

If the sample has been approved by the customer, then there will be no refund available unless within the guidelines of the Department of Fair Trading.
